We use pelletized bedding in a litter box to begin the potty-training process for new parents. We don’t allow the puppies to go outside until they have had all shots. This allows them to have a specific area to go to. We put them in a litter box and there is little to no mess. This absorbs all liquid and there is no smell. We get the pellets at tractor supply.
We use Science Diet small paws for puppies. We introduce them to a soft version of the food around 3 ½-4 weeks. Usually by 5 weeks they are eating it dry. We let the pups nurse on mom until 6 weeks and by then they are fully eating the Science Diet.
All the parents are AKC registered and puppy litter has been registered. Your puppy will come with the AKC paperwork needed to register that puppy in your name.
Unfortunately, we do not allow home visits to the pups. We try hard to protect them from any diseases and germs from the outside world. You are welcome to videos, pictures, and facetime your puppy. Protecting your new baby is our first priority.
We try hard to update new puppy parents as often as possible. We love to share photos and videos of the day’s adventures. Your always welcome to call and check on them also. We update the site weekly with pictures and also upload videos on our Facebook page as well.
Our puppies are raised in our home. They are handled and loved on all day every day. You will see in the daily updates that they get lots of attention and care. All our parents are also house pets. We don’t let our parents live in cages. They are usually snuggled up on the couch along with us.
All puppies are different. Some require a little more tlc then others. We base that on individual puppies instead of as a whole litter. When you inquire on a specific puppy, we will discuss the time frame at that time.
We begin worming puppies at 2 weeks. We continue to worm them every 2 weeks until you get them. They are taken to veterinarian at 7 weeks of age for shots. They are also given an exam, a fecal is done, and they get a health certificate at 8 weeks.
When you get your new puppy they will come with the following:
We do work with individuals that can arrange all your transport needs. They will ground/air transport your puppy. They take incredible care of your puppy. We will keep ownership of that puppy until it is delivered in your hands safely. We wouldn’t expect someone to pay for a puppy and transport and get nothing in return. We guarantee the transport of your puppy. Let us know if you would like information on transport and we will get you the information.
